Designer
Educators design authentic, learner-driven activities and environments that recognize and accommodate learner variability.

Facilitator: Educators facilitate learning with technology to support student achievement of the ISTE Standards for Students. I believe I am now better equipped to facilitate learning through the use of technology (IPad). I know how to do more in the IPad’s apps; this will allow me to teach my students how to make projects on these apps.

Collaborator:

I chose designer: educators design authentic, learner-driven activities and environments that recognize and accommodate learner variability.
Designer fits perfectly into being an Apple teacher. I like the apps we we quizzed on and given information on because they can all be used differently. If students were given the same app to do a project on, not one of those projects would turn out the same. All the apps really stress creativity and organization. By using apps like these we "adapt and personalize learning experiences that foster independent learning and accommodate leaner differences and needs."

c. Create learning opportunities that challenge students to use a design process and computational thinking to innovate and solve problems.d. Model and nurture creativity and creative expression to communicate ideas, knowledge or connections.

Learner: Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning.

Analyst: Use technology to design and implement a variety of formative and summative assessments that accommodate learner needs, provide timely feedback to students and inform instruction.
