Through the Apple Teacher website, I learned about all the different features that the Apple apps allow you to do. Through the use of Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and iMovie, I can create just about any type of media presentation for my class. Worksheets, tables, slideshows, and video lessons are all possible.
Ipads are a great resource for the students. Students will be able to use them to demonstrate their learning in a variety of ways. This allows them flexibility to share their knowledge in a way that they find most interesting. This aligns with ISTE standards of an Empowered Learner and Creative Communicator. The iPads can also be used for researching, which connects to the standard of Knowledge Constructor.
