1. Allow donors to "see" your classroom. 
2. Go in detail when describing the project. 
3. Don't hold back on how it will help your students. 
4. Talk about school community and where your students are from and what they are like.
5. Talk about how this can help based on past experiences.

1. Give a description of your class and school to make it more personal.
2. Give valid, detailed reasons for the donors to what to help fund your donors choose. 
3. Give ideas of how you will incorporate the donors choose items into the classroom and how the students will benefit with this new material.
4. Give the donor a Snapshot of what the classroom looks like.
5. How will the item they are asking funding for will promote a better learning environment?
