Trainer Green developed the concept for the Classical Academy of
Arm's Skill Development Program, wrote the study materials for Ranks 1 through
9, wrote the knowledge tests for Ranks 1 through 9 including their transition
to online testing, designed the practical examination forms for Ranks 1 through
9, and currently administers the tests and tracks answers to questions for test
reliability and validity.
