    1. Describe the class or student (size of group, level, student characteristics, including placement and/or pre-test data per student, etc.)  Second period:  16 students, 11 ninth, 5 tenth, 11 face to face, 5 e-learning.  Fifth period:  16 students, 7 ninth, 9 tenth, 7 face to face, 9 e learning. Sixth period: 14 students, 7 ninth, 6 tenth, 1 eleventh (ESE student, very low, needs to learn to read), 9 face to face, 5 e learning. Based on San Diego, I have a range of levels from 4th grade to 8th grade.  I have two students that are taking dual enrollment classes.  No behavior problems in any of my classes, but there are a few that have way too many absences, especially some ESE e learning students.
    2. Describe the delivery structure and length of implementation.  I share a loom video with my e learning students, they can ask questions through the chat during class.  Then I present the live lesson to my face to face students.  We are on block schedule, so 2P/6P are 90 minutes, but 5P is during lunch, so it is only 55 minutes.
    3. Describe your classroom setup (provide a picture of posters/bulletin board that show mnemonics/strategies, provide a pic of your classroom, etc.) I have fifteen individual desks spaced for social distancing.  There is a promethean board at the front of the room and XR posters on the front wall.  The side wall has another screen that I leave on GoGuardian so I can monitor/check/connect with my e learners.
    4. List your selected first novel and share a selection of guided reading words chosen (why did you choose these words).  We started with Freak the Mighty and I have purchased a flipbook from TPT that we are working on vocabulary, plot, characters, comprehension questions as we read the story aloud.  E learners are reading the digital version on their own.  We read about three chapters a week.
    5. Describe use of classroom observation and/or video during coaching. Consider featuring Guided Reading for this evidence. (Optional: post the video and instructional checklist used during the coaching session.)  I am including a Word ID Loom video that I posted to my google classroom for my e learners and I completed the Fidelity Checklist too.
