I am glad I learned how to use adobe spark post. It is very similar to Canva, but you can also use it on a desktop computer and I think that it is easier to customize the text and look using this app. This was the first time I participated in a webinar using the BlueJeans app. I did not realize everyone would be able to see each other, but I think that that was really cool and I could also see myself using BlueJeans to collaborate with my peers in the future for a group project or for work as a teacher.
I learned how to use both apps fairly quickly and I can tell that I am getting better with technology since the beginning of this class. While I still don’t really like using technology like this all the time, participating in the webinar with my classmate tonight helped me see how useful apps like BlueJean can be in real world settings. If I needed to collaborate with peers, a video conference call with the ability to share screens is very helpful. Also, seeing how easy it was for me to make my recipe look professional was very motivational. I was already planning on putting recipes in my creativity project, but this will make them look much more professional and put together.
