Collaboration

I learned that this technology is a hit or miss. When it was working, it was great! However, it kept freezing in the beginning and going in and out of the call on everyone’s account. I learned how to use the BlueJeans app. It is user friendly and easy to use. I like that you don’t necessarily have to use the microphone and talk. I was currently babysitting, so I muted myself so they couldn’t hear children in the background. Even though I was muted I was still able to hear the instructor and know what to do. 

I enjoyed this experience once everything was going smoothly. I think this app would be good to use for staff/team meetings. It could also be used for group work with middle schoolers, or even a pen pal type experience with students all around the world from different cultures! Oh, I think I could do so much with this feature in my future classroom.
