Making a podcast for my classroom could be beneficial. Within teaching special education, this will be a helpful tool to send parents information about upcoming events or things needed to the class. The parent-teacher partnership is very important and this would be a useful tool to communicate when the parent does not have the ability to meet in person. Also, Anchor allows the user to send responses to the podcast, which would be very helpful if I had a question or request for parents and then they can all send their responses and it would all be in the same space.
The app will also be useful for students to use to be a collaborator because they can work together with their peers making podcasts, and also will be useful as a learner because the podcast allows students to learn independently or have instruction at the palm of their hand.
