1a: Set professional learning goals to explore and apply pedagogical approaches made possible by technology and reflect on their effectiveness.
1b: Pursue professional interests by creating and actively participating in local and global learning networks.
1c: Stay current with research that supports improved student learning outcomes, including findings from the learning sciences.

Citizen: Educators inspire students to positively contribute to and responsibly participate in the digital world.
 3a: Create experiences for learners to make positive, socially responsible contributions and exhibit empathetic behavior online that build relationships and community.
3b: Establish a learning culture that promotes curiosity and critical examination of online resources and fosters digital literacy and media fluency.

I think the learner ISTE standard for educators lines up the best with the Apple teacher badge because we were learning how to best use technology in our classrooms and the many different tools we could use.

ITSE Educator Standard: Learner

I think all of ITSE standards can be applied. I learned how to create and use different apps that I never thought to use before or knew how to use them in a classroom. I think the most important standard that applies to me doing this badge is the learner. I hardly knew how to use an ipad before doing the Apple Teacher badge and now I feel confident in using it in my future classroom.

ISTE

I can see all ISTE standards being evident with receiving the Apple Teacher certification. All 7 revolve around what I was able to learn through receiving this certification and utilizing the information to better my classroom.
