The study was implemented as a collaboration of Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) as coordinating center, University of Queensland, Harvard School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, University of Tokyo, Imperial College London, and WHO.
