Learners & experts of evidence-based badges each have their own progress log (often just called their "log"). For manually-awarded badges the log is referred to as their "Badge Profile" and doesn't contain any evidence.
A user's progress log for a badge is always located at a URL of the form /group/badge/u/username. The progress log shows all of the evidence that the user has posted and serves as the permanent record of their achievement once they are awarded the badge.
