Once you have been awarded the badge you are called a badge "expert" and will have new privileges and permissions. Some learning groups will now allow you to validate evidence and award badges to other earners. Other groups may restrict that privilege to group admins only.
Once you are a badge expert you can now post your badge to your backpack and share it on social media!
