3. Respond to three out of the four reflection questions:
- Consider Figure 8.1 on p. 168. How do the Levels of Language Process impact how students understand text?
- What does it mean to make an inference and how is it related to comprehension?
- Consider the cohesive ties and connectives. How are both cohesive ties and connectives important to comprehension? How might they both impact your students?
- Which classroom activities and/or tools resonated with you? Why?
