Description:

Understanding your motivations for joining this course will provide a meaningful context. It allows you to connect your professional development goals with the objectives of this course, making the learning experience more relevant and impactful.

For educators, knowing "your why" can range from a desire to enhance student engagement, improve classroom dynamics, address specific challenges, or align with broader educational philosophies. This self-awareness fosters a more personalized and intentional approach to learning and contributes to a more engaged and proactive participation in course activities. As you delve into the modules, clearly understanding "your why" serves as a motivational force, sustaining commitment and driving the application of acquired knowledge with your students.
