Beware of Equity Traps and Tropes

I chose to read the article Beware of Equity Traps and Tropes. One thing that resonated with me is the trap Boomerang Equity. This trap stood out to me because I see this happening. A teacher identifies a problem and the solution is something we already know does not work. It is necessary to reimagine solutions because the current solutions in place are not working. I would love to hear/learn about some teacher examples of this. For example, reimagining literacy intervention or reimagining “school climate team”.
