These quotes stand out to me because mentorship in education is about developing self-reflective, innovative and inspiring educators. My mentee will be part of the Sweet Home legacy and I want to make sure that this new hire feels welcomed, feels safe to confide and learn from me and will in turn feel confident enough to become a mentor themselves one day.
