One is that sometimes people can view mentorship as replication in our profession. I think it’s important to connect to this quote because it’s a great reminder that everyone brings unique talents and perspective to the profession. Just like no two students are the same, no two teachers will be exactly the same. This is something that should be celebrated and encouraged.
