The teacher was looking to plan a new lesson on Greek mythology for her students. Her instructions were to “develop a research based writing assignment on the Greek gods and goddesses.” The resulting assignment had her students choose a Greek god or goddess to research for a 2-3 page paper. Adding the word lesson plan and specifying three days caused it to break down what students would do each day, as well as providing a description of the assessment and differentiation elements.
