Megan and I organised bowling at the begining of the academic year of 2018. This was a great way to get to know each other. I have sent pictures previously. Apart from that, as part my role I attended Postgraduate Staff Student Liason Committee as well as MSc Allergy Faculty meetings where we discussed e.g. about additional IT support at the begining on the each module as this issue was rised by students. It was successfully implemented by the faculty. In addition, in order to reduce the number of cups, MSc Allergy travel reusable mugs were introduced. This is incomplete list of the things we implemented during academic year.
