We were introduced to the Self-Questioning Strategy. The acronym ASK-IT was very helpful. I can see this being used in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 classroom or a Resource Room. It appears tough to implement, but will reap huge benefits for the students once they learn it and generalize it.
