I attended a 4 day institute held for professionals previously trained in SIM who were interested in learning many more strategies. It was an intensive program where we went through all the manuals for many of the strategies, including Assignment Completion. I believe this was in 2008 or 2009; it's been so long that I can't remember precisely. After having attended this institute, and returning home to use the new-to-me strategies with my students, I decided to apply to the PD Institute, which I applied for and completed in 2010. This pre-dated Badgelist and microcredentialing, so I do not have any direct evidence, but I bet it is in the CRL system somewhere because I've been allowed to purchase materials ever since.
