I appreciated and enjoyed the session by Jan Bulgren on enabling our students to become informed decision makers. I think we often overlook the need for this skill, and I liked the practical 8-step guide for carrying out the process. I think that teachers need to encourage higher level thinking, and I agree that this thinking should be shared throughout the reasoning process.
