In my years as a special education teacher, I loved the opportunities to co-teach with general educators.  I believe that whenever there is a chance to work with others, the product will ALWAYS be better!  The badging process has proven to be the same.  As I created a draft, my mentor, Ginni, would review, provide feedback, and then the draft became better.  Once the draft was complete, the final product was something to be proud of!  My mentor's ideas, and feedback would really help to generate a final product that benefited the students; keeping them in engaged and enthusiastic about vocabulary!  I love the LINCing routine since it provides students with the opportunity to link prior knowledge with new information.  Not only have I learned from Ginni as we've walked through this process, I've had fun, as well!
