When I first saw this routine, it felt complicated to me. I kept working at understanding it. Today, the session was designed so that we could interact with the pieces of CCAR, and I feel like I have a much better sense about how it's structured and how I might use it. I usually set a goal to review a session and slowly work my way through the materials. I'm going to spend a bit of time each week digesting it and creating a tool that I can use in my work.
