SIM CER Implementation Experience
Applicants eligible to apply to become a SIM Professional Developer in Content Enhancement meet each of the following requirements.
- Participated actively in professional development for a minimum of 3
CE Routines (preferably from 3 of the 5 strands, Planning and Leading,
Higher Order Reasoning, Concepts, Explaining, and Increasing
Performance) - Visit the CER webpage for more information
- Implemented a minimum of 3 CE Routines (if one of these is not a
planning routine, then pre-work will be required prior to attendance)
- Implemented the CE Routines throughout the year to demonstrate
proficiency and/or competence as verified by a certified SIM
