I participated in a 3 year cohort of which the 3rd year was a leadership group in which we learned strategies for teaching the adult learner and how to use SIM PD. I instructed my professional learning group under the supervision of my mentor and then I instructed science teachers at the county wide professional development day. All were very appreciative and expressed plans to use the strategy in their classes.
