I selected Mindset The New Psychology of Success because I have been interested in learning more about the growth mindset for years. I see students struggle with content and I want to be able to instill some more growth mindset into their thinking. I think grit in education is important. It's not always book smarts, sometimes it's the willingness to work for it.
