I chose this book because I am searching for effective and restorative strategies and techniques that improve classroom management. This restorative approach should help focus on the development and connection with students. Hopefully, when students misbehave they are taught to learn from their mistakes, correct them, and improve their future behavior pattern. I am striving to improve classroom management while providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students.
