I was searching for educational books that contain self-improvement guidance that people of all ages could benefit from. I found this book, a New York Times Bestseller, and read the summary. It looked like something I would enjoy and also benefit from. It also looked like it might have some good advice for people of all ages- my students, my children, family, and friends.
