Reflection

I see myself using google forms to gather survey data for assignments, as a part of the clubs I am a part of and for organizing information I would like to gather for volunteering in my community.
Specifically, google forms could be used to gather opinions and ideas, report the progress of various projects and report attendance.

The climate survey provided staff and parents a lot of details regarding student's perspective related to how they feel at school.
I have also used forms for staff meeting feedback.
I would like to use forms in a variety of ways - communicating with staff/input, school business details such as - material distribution/PD sign-ups, and work with teachers about how we can use forms for learning in classrooms. 

I made this form to give teachers feedback on accountable talk during instruction.  I used the iphone app to keep track of all the accountable talk that I saw during class.  What I realized with using a gform on the iphone is that less is more.  If you form has too much text then your screen is very busy and doesn't allow the user to clearly document what is happening and you miss you on collecting good data.  Also, another extension to this form would be a place to put the teacher's email address on the form so you can give them feedback in a timely manner.

This was a fun first try at Google Forms.
i searched emails for every staff member present and previous, asked them to look at the top ten drawings for the logo, and asked them to choose their favorite.
Many people commented on what fun it was to be a part of the task.
the sheets plotted their answers easily and conveniently for me to see the clear winner.
