Better Prepared- No Drones

I have presented at 4 conferences and several PDs at ROWVA. Each time I feel like I get a bit better. In my last master class, we watch several presentations on how to best present. I reflected on the sessions I have done in the past and I shake my head. I feel like I can do so much better. I have a 2-hour presentation for PBL for ROWVA and I have taken what I have learned and hope to reach each person -- where they are. I also have a site for answers for later. Continuing education.
I will present at ICE 2019 - a panel on PBL and a workshop with Makey Makey. I feel I have learned so many new ideas for the time of presentation as well as a way to continue the learning.

This is the website for my PD on Project Based Learning.

I also think fewer drones will help my audience stay with me.

Future Ready Summit Presentation

We presented what our Future Ready journey has been so far. Every time we present, it reminds me how amazing we are as a district. It is crazy to me that our little district is known nationally for the work we do with Future Ready. Every we time we had an idea that people liked, it was clear to me because the audience would all start typing frantically to make sure they remembered the idea to take back to their districts. I have a passion for sharing great ideas with others, but it's more than that. Getting to talk about the great things that we do here makes me realize how lucky I am to teach at such a great district!

Presented at FCCLA Summer Leadership Camp

I presented with the FCCLA Adviser at Knoxville about the Communications class we both offer. I talked about the topics I cover, how it is a co-curricular class, and how exactly I incorporate FCCLA into the class.
If I were to do it again I would create a slides presentation to make it easier for participants to see what I teach in the class.
