found here: https://hourofcode.com/files/participation-guide.pdf Do you think the Hour of Code is something you can add to your curriculum?

Absolutely!

I've tried to use Hour of Code activities before, but the site seemed unstructured. Students would choose elementary-level activities. I don't want that. I want them to explore and experience a challenge.

YES!

I decided to incorporate this into my AP Environmental Science class, through the cell phone app lab.  This is relevant and allows students to create apps that fits their interests or even topics within the class, after the initial tutorial.

Hour of Code

I think Hour of Code is a great tool for our students. Especially with the increased use of technology today, this offers a great opportunity for many students to use their interests in technology in a way that can be applied to real job opportunities for employment.

Adding an Hour of Code

I'm planning to add an Hour of Code to my College English classes next week.  It will be a good addition to the two-day in-class flip I have planned for the end of the week.

Hour of Code in curriculum

Hour of Code is something I can incorporate into STEAM Club, encouraging students to learn code in their free time instead of aimlessly scrolling through their phones.

I think Hour of Code could be added to our curriculum. From the activities I've looked at, there are a ton of math-related activities!
