Race isn’t real and I
think a lot of people in this world need to realize this. They should all watch the short, very informative
video on the Myth of Race Debunked. Race
was just a made-up concept to categorize people. I found it interesting that anyone can change
their race at any time and no one can really argue it because a race chromosome
simply does not exist. Characteristics of
race have changed just to satisfy what was needed at that time in history. Race has driven a lot of social and political
outcomes when really it shouldn’t because race does not exist. I think this video would be great to show
students.
