I chose the Anxious Generation because I've heard good things about it from other peers who have joined a book discussion on it.

  I also chose this book because I have a son who suffers from anxiety and depression and I thought this book may help me understand him better.

Why did you chose this book?

I chose One Trusted Adult, because I had heard good things about it, and was unable to do it this past summer.  The title itself caught my attention - because trust is so important, and for children to have at least one adult they can trust can be so powerful.
