I worry about the cheating without having a lock.Flubaroo was great because it provided an opportunity to grade responses quickly and I was able to have it grade fill in the blank questions.  
I am concerned about cheating because I could see eyes wonder during the test even though the questions were in a mixed order.  Hopefully there is a way to have structure class seating and screens in a better way when we have 40 students in a class.

Overall, it was nice having the exit ticket survey but I found that even with a shortened link students had trouble accessing the link due to typos. 
I did have a student who was logged into their school account on their chrome book that wasn't allowed to take the survey as they needed permission. 
I did like the data feedback and the organized responses that google exit ticket provides. 

Last year I used google quizzes as a way to move away from paper tests that had to be hand graded but this year I like to use schoology for assessments (test/quizzes). I recently discovered the difference between the assessment function and the test/quiz function of schoology. 
I don't see myself using google forms as an assessment tool anymore but I can see myself using google forms in my classroom when I need student feedback or reflections or need a paperless survey of my students.I do like the easy question choice format on the exit ticket and the image insert as well. 
I also want to start using my google drive more and loading my lesson plans and materials as google docs instead of word docs on my USB. This is one step towards becoming more organized 

I have used google forms in the past in my class for catering orders. I sent out google forms to staff members so they can order holiday desserts from my advance class. I can also use it for a quick online quiz if I didn't want to make a schoology assignment.

Forms are great. I can see myself using them as self-grading quizzes, surveys, pass out of class to check for understanding, etc...

It's probably about time we do a safety check-in since we last covered it in September...

My students are severely impaired and are busy blowing up!  I would likely use this more in the capacity of coaching, or in gathering info from colleagues.

I can see this as a very good way to create forms, quizzes, etc. for entry level courses. I will play around with this forms section more to see what might be possible. 

       It's the sharing that I love the most! Example: When three of us were devising a Locker ready system, google docs came to the rescue. Two people used it at the school lockers all over campus using a chromebook, to enter serial #s on locks, while I could monitor from my desk their progress and see the data table fill up in live time!
       Not only that but when students want to do a senior project on campus we have a google form we can do together that allows student sign-ups to their event that I can monitor!!
It has opened up new possibilities and options which make work life enjoyable!
