There are many ways these detailed reports can be used to drive instruction. There are several types of reports you can choose based on the level of information you want to analyze. You can have a standards, strand summary or item level report- all are there to pick from as desired. This allows you to be very specific in targeting how you can help your students either individually or as a group. Knowing it covers multiple standards, its good information to have to re-teach skills needed or set a level of instruction based on understanding. Personally- I would use these reports to set goals as a class as well as with individuals to strive for a higher level of mastery. From there a targeted intense focus on missing skills would set the instruction. It gives you a clear picture of content completed, and content needed.
