(4.1 – 4.2) CDA Document and CDA Header
(4.3.1 – 4.3.5) Body Choice, Section - Attributes, Participants, Relationships, and Narrative Block
(4.3.6) Entry Acts
(4.3.8) Entry Relationships
Other topics (2, 3, and 4.4) Technical Artifacts, Document Exchange, CDA Context
