*NOTE:  I don't know if  you know this, but the link doesn't hyperlink in the description.  I had to copy and paste it.

Badges are a way that staff can show what they know without having to go to an actual "Sit and get" class session.  It also provides a way that staff can see who already has the badge to ask questions if they are struggling.
