Summary:
Oneonta has a large variety of local eateries popular with Oneontans and visitors alike, some even with notoriety on the internet! We can look to the various pizza places and or restaurants with cuisine from around the world; for nightlife, several businesses are open very late for those out on the town, including many of the bars and pubs located on and adjacent to Main Street!
Some of Oneonta's previously wonderful restaurants and food hubs, such as the Health Bar in the basement of Bresee's Department Store, Diana's Restaurant, Nick's Diner, Mosca's Pizza, Laskaris' Restaurant and so many others! All of these (minus Nick's Diner) were once present in Oneonta's downtown, and have since closed. (Fun fact though, you can still try the original pizza recipe used at Mosca's Pizza at The Depot Restaurant!)
Oneonta's bars, cafes and restaurants are meeting places for many to get together and spend time with one another, to hang out and enjoy! We can think of the idea of food and these businesses as an industry to highlight the important of these businesses to Oneonta's economy and community.

This is hopefully one of the easiest activities you'll try, but simply visit a restaurant in Oneonta! Maybe it's one you love and already go to all the time, maybe it's one you've never tried before! Take a photo of your visit!
