Take the "old" lesson you've chosen, visit nearpod.com, and create a new version that incorporates instructional/content slides and activities throughout to help engage students. When you've completed the lesson, share the lesson to the "STUDENT ENGAGEMENT - NEARPOD" folder in the district library.
