I do often feel so bad for others around me that I want to help people. One of my absolute least favorite things about being a teacher is seeing a student feel left or or treated poorly. I always want to jump in and fix that. I have a zero tolerance policy for that in my classroom. I try to have kids "treat others how they would like to be treated." Often very small things can help students to feel included.
