Self-Care Activities

Just about all of these activities are ones that I either already do, or would like to incorporate into my daily life. 

Those that I want to start with and commit to are:

Physical - Get a massage.  I know that this always helps me and I would like to do more of it. 

Emotional - Reconnecting with old friends.  This is one thing that I need to get better at myself, especially being a Mom of young children and living through a pandemic the last few years. 

Professional - Eat lunch with other teachers.  I need to make a point to step away from my desk and not work while I eat.
