Part 3: Self-Care

2-3 Practices I would do each week:

1.  Physical-  I want to continue to workout each day.  I like to wake up in the morning and workout.  I feel it sets me off on the right foot for the day.  By working out I wake myself up and I begin to feel better about myself, and that translates to my everyday activities.

2.  Emotional- take time out of the day to spend with my sons, I enjoy spending time with them and it puts me into a better mood. 

3.  Spiritual- sitting quietly, I don´t do this enough at all, I feel like I am always on the go.  By sitting quietly I would have time to recharge and take some personal time to grow as a person and relax.
