Science of Baking talks more about how physics and ingredients play a part in the baking process. This teaches students more about why their recipe may fail.
Food Network provides recipes and how-to videos for the students to find recipes at home or when the time may come in class.
The attached nutrition calculator allows students to put in the ingredients used in their information and learn more about the macronutrients they used and produced in their food.
The macronutrients reminders are just there so students can go back and look at that website for reminders about where to find certain nutrients and how those affect the body.
Nutrition News talks about different recipes, diet trends and things that are going on in the food industry. This could be something that could be good to look at everyday for a few minutes at the beginning of class.
My Plate is provided by the government and is the standard for what we should eat everyday. This will be used in class often.
