There are many different ways that students can demonstrate competencies using technology. Each student learns information and presents information in different ways, so giving them different ways to express what they know and show that they are competent in it is extremely important. It will also allow the teacher to see the student as a whole. For instance, let’s say that a student struggles with speaking and provides to show their knowledge through writing, a teacher should provide opportunities for the student to demonstrate their competency through writing, but there should be room for the student to grow in their speaking abilities.
