This is relevant to my future classroom because I will be using technology on a daily basis. I will also be having my students use technology daily, so it is important that we are aware of our resources regarding technology. I am not the best at figuring out technology (especially things with smart boards or printers!), so I know that I will certainly come across issues that I need assistance with. I think that learning about their jobs was interesting because it enabled us to think about technology from their perspectives. It is important to understand other's perspectives before interacting with them. I learned that it is important to be patient and respectful towards technicians because they have a handful of work that they deal with on a daily basis and are constantly interacting with people, fixing things for them. It is important to acknowledge them and show our appreciation!
