1: Indicate the reason for the project, for example why it is important and what they will learn.
2: Indicate the excitement the students have for it, for example if they have been asking to do something for a while.
3: Share personal ideas about the project and what its importance is in the classroom.
4: Be personal, I found the more personal a teacher was the more I wanted to support. 
5: Be honest, always tell the truth about the project and what it means to the teacher.
