Study Groups bring together DLC members throughout the year to discuss topics related to digital literacies. Study groups are facilitated by a DLC member and are organized around the discussion of a particular text that members read prior to the Study Group meeting. Meetings are conducted over video chat through Google Hangouts, and are often recorded via Hangouts on Air.
This badge represents at least 6 hours of professional development, including three hour-long discussions and an hour (or more) of reading, writing, and preparation for each discussion.
