• Ideate and plan a research question from research or wonderings (nerdy delight).

• Select your own independent, dependent, and constant variables to answer your research question.

• Select your own controls or standards to answer your research question.

• Write a protocol to answer your research question.

Why Earn This Badge?

In order to solve a problem, whether that is answering a research question or troubleshooting a problematic protocol, you have to be able to think about the problem systematically. This badge will show that you can plan an investigation appropriate for a research question and critique experimental designs.
