All posted evidence

See below

1) On campus:
If a student/staff member is struggling with Moodle, they can come to the library desk and ask for help from the learning resources assistants. In particular, Paul and Donal are fountains of knowledge and will most likely know the answer. Alternatively, help guides can be found on the student/staff portal. On the left-hand side menu, under Public Sites, click on 'Service departments'. From here, you can click 'Library' and then click 'Moodle Guides' on the left-hand menu. This will have guides on a range of topics, including how to add a resource to a course, how to upload documents to Turnitin, and how to manually enroll a student onto a course.

2) Off campus (and this method can also be done on campus):
Head to the Bath College website and click on 'student and staff links'. From here, you can access the Moodle homepage. Along the top header of the homepage, you can find a drop down 'Help' menu. This menu has a range of advice on many topics. The 'Moodle' link has a number of 'Frequently Asked Questions' and a lot of information regarding Moodle.

Accessing Help in Moodle

During a normal college day: log into a college computer, if student user Moodle homepage will load up. If staff it will be the staff portal, where clicking on the Moodle like will bring you to the same place. Once again users will need to log in with their username and password before they can access most thing on Moodle. Once logged in, from the links at the top of the page, click on help and a drop down menu will appear. There are lots of option here. The help homepages has ICT guide on it, there is help with student e-mail accounts and office 365. And there is help with using Moodle and connecting to the Wi Fi.

Accessing help outside of college: load up your internet browser, whether it be Chrome or something else, and search for the Bath College. Click onto its website, and once loaded, at the top are clickable links, and the one users needs is the staff and student link. Click on that and on the home page, if a student, click on Moodle. Here the home page loads up, all users need to do is log in, via the log in button on the top right of the screen, and then select help from the links toolbar at the top.
